Whether it’s a service, MOT or repair, 95% of the time work is completed and your car returned on the same day. Being able to deliver this is one of our proudest achievements, and sets us apart from the rest.
However, there will invariably be a few occasions where this is not possible. For example, if the garage needs to order a new part, or additional work is required that can't be completed on your appointment date. In this eventuality, we may need to keep the car in overnight.
It's an unavoidable fact of life when dealing with vehicles - sometimes what's under the hood needs more attention than initially thought. However, if this should happen, we will keep you updated every step of the way.
