What happens if there is an issue with my vehicle after the work has been completed?

While the vast majority of our bookings pass without incident, we offer a 12-month warranty on parts and labour*, so you're protected against faults or defects.

If you're not satisfied with any operation or find a fault or defect within 12 months of your Fixter booking, we’ll spring into action.

Just let us know what the issue is and we'll put everything right, completely free of charge.

To report a problem, email support@fixter.co.uk with your original booking details to hand, or call our team on 0330 808 9527 and we’ll take care of it. In the unlikely event that we can't fix the issue, we'll issue a full refund.

*Please note this doesn't apply to an Air Con Regas as this can spring a leak at any time.
