If we cannot take payment from the card provided we will always contact you first to see if you can make alternative arrangements to pay.

if we cannot collect the payment straight away we will try and take the payment again within an hour. If we are unable to take payment after this, an administration fee may be applicable. Unfortunately we cannot return a vehicle until payment has been made in full.
