Every MOT comes with a Certificate, proving that the car has passed a qualified inspection. Part of the service you should expect when getting your car's MOT done, is to receive its new MOT Certificate. This certificate is your proof that the car is deemed roadworthy for another year.
Our garages will always supply your MOT Certificate once your car has passed. This can be in paper form, but increasingly the certificate will be digital. As such, you can expect to find it in your Fixter receipt email.
If for any reason you're having trouble finding it, drop us a line and we'll be happy to help.

Alternatively, you can re-download your MOT Certificate for free from the UK government's website.

Simply follow the simple on-screen instructions.

You’ll need:

The vehicle registration (number plate)
The 11-digit number from the vehicle log book (V5C)

Step 1 - Enter the vehicle registration (number plate) into the government website - follow this link - https://www.gov.uk/replacing-lost-damaged-mot-certificate

Step 2 - Click on MOT History

Step 3 - Click on View test certificate

Step 4 - Enter the 11-digit number from the vehicle logbook (V5C)

Your MOT certificate should now be downloadable.
