We understand that plans and circumstances can change between making your booking and the appointment date. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know with at least 72 hours notice, during our operating hours.
Why are you charging a cancellation fee? Our agents spend time finding you a top-rated mechanic, who is then booked to take care of your vehicle. In many cases, parts are ordered in advance. As a result, we operate a 72-hour cancellation policy.
What happens if I cancel outside of your working hours? Our team works Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. If you cancel in the evening or if you cancel over the weekend, we will not be able to process your request until the next weekday morning.
So, for example, if you need to cancel a Wednesday appointment and let us know on Sunday, we won't charge you a cancellation fee. This is because we will pick up the message on Monday morning, leaving 72 hours before the appointment itself. However, if your booking is on a Tuesday, and you inform us you wish to cancel after 5.30pm on Friday, we may charge the cancellation fee. This is because there will be less than 72 hours between us receiving the information, and the appointment date. What are the cancellation fees within 72 hours? For cancellations within the 72-hour notice period (which excludes outside of operating hours and the weekend), the charge is £20.
What about if I reschedule my booking within 72 hours? The last thing we want is cancelled bookings and we will work with you to try and find a solution, such as rescheduling the appointment. If you reschedule your booking with us and it is within 72 hours, we will not charge you a cancellation fee.
