We understand that plans or circumstances can change between making the booking and the booking date. If you do for any reason need to cancel your booking, please let us know with at least 24 hours notice during our operating hours.
Why are you charging a cancellation fee?
The reason for a cancellation fee is that we start planning your booking with garages and drivers a few days in advance to cover the administration costs incurred
What happens if I cancel outside of your working hours?
Our team works Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. If you cancel in the evening or if you cancel over the weekend, we will not be able to process your request until the next weekday morning.
What are the cancellation fees within 24 hours?
Within the 24 hour notice period (which excludes outside of operating hours and the weekend): £20
What about if I reschedule my booking within 24 hours?
If you reschedule your booking with us and it is within 24 hours, we will not charge you the cancellation fee.
