What happens if my payment is unsuccessful or I am unable to pay for my booking?

If we cannot take payment from the card provided we will always contact you first to see if you can make alternative arrangements to pay.

If we cannot collect the payment straight away we will try and take the payment again within an hour. If we are unable to take payment after this, an administration fee may be applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot return a vehicle until payment has been made in full.
